The Ace Retailer Mobile Assistant (formerly titled Ace Ordering App) is a mobile application specifically designed for Ace Hardware retailers. This app has been updated to offer enhanced functionality, aimed at improving the employee experience by providing easier access to information and reducing the number of steps required. It offers mobile capabilities such as searching, evaluating, and ordering products, as well as managing acehardware.com orders and more.

Here are some additional features of the app:

• View item information by entering a SKU or UPC and confirm the availability in your RSC.
• Access item sales and purchase history.
• View item level Ace pricing information, as well as competitor pricing (if available).
• Create a basket for multiple items or quickly submit an "Express Checkout" to simplify the ordering process.
• Enable "Multi-Store" to easily order across your entire chain or a specific subset of stores within your chain.
• The enhanced logon screen includes a "Forgot Password" option to reset your password if needed.
• The landing page has been improved with a multi-store selector and a Shopping Cart header icon.
• Use the Fulfill AOS Orders app to handle your acehardware.com orders from anywhere in your store. You can also create custom delivery routes for orders placed through Ace Hardware.com or the ACENET Assembly & Delivery app.
• Lookup Acehardware.com orders by last name, AOS order number, or ACENET Assembly & Delivery order number.
• Complete deliveries and capture proof of delivery through photos or customer signatures.
• View delivery routes on a map view with markers for all required deliveries.
